Mission

The QA Engineer ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications, systems, and products throughout their lifecycle. They define and execute testing strategies, identify defects, and work closely with development and business teams to deliver solutions that meet functional, technical, and user expectations.

Main Activities

  • Analyze requirements and define test strategies and validation plans.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and quality issues.
  • Validate functional, integration, system, regression, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor testing activities and provide quality metrics and reporting.
  • Support release management and production validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes and industry standards.

Technical Skills

  • Software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Manual and automated testing.
  • Test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, etc.).
