Business Analyst Finance

Required profile
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Finance environment
- Good understanding of financial business processes
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Ability to bridge business needs and IT solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Professional level of English is a plus
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business needs into functional solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Write functional specifications, user stories, and project documentation
- Act as the link between business teams, development teams, and other stakeholders
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and project objectives are met
- Support functional testing, validate deliverables, and assist with change management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and finance tools
- Work closely with Product, IT, Data, and Business teams in a collaborative environment
