2. Manager review & feedback
The current manager reviews the request and discusses it with the HR teams
This ensures a thoughtful decision that considers:

3. A dedicated mobility interview with HR
The employee meets with a local HR business partner to:
- Clarify their mobility project,
- Assess their updated skills portfolio,
- Refine what they want for their next steps.
This is a key moment to align aspirations with opportunities.
4. Meeting with a senior manager
A senior manager then reviews the mobility interview and competencies with the employee.
This step provides:
- A strategic perspective,
- Validation of alignment on expectations,
- A foundation for building a potential action plan.
If feedback is negative, the case may be escalated to HR management or the comop.
5. Action plan, retro‑planning & transfer
Once the mobility is approved, we define a clear roadmap:
- Feedback and next steps,
- Transition planning between teams,
- Administrative steps (contract amendment, transfer agreement),
- Final transfer date.
The goal is to ensure a smooth and positive transition for all parties.
