System Engineer

Required Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in Systems Engineering or complex technical environments
- Strong knowledge of functional analysis and requirements management
- Ability to work on complex, multidisciplinary systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Professional level of English is a plus
Your Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineer, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate complex technical systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyze customer and technical requirements
- Prepare functional and technical specifications
- Contribute to system architecture design and definition
- Manage system requirements, ensuring their traceability and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
- Depending on the project, develop or integrate software and system components
- Participate in system integration, testing, and validation activities
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of delivered solutions
- Work closely with Software, Hardware, Customer, and Supplier teams to ensure successful project delivery
Technical Environment
Depending on the project, you may work with:
- Embedded systems and information systems
- Software development (C, C++, Python)
- Linux and RTOS environments
- Requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion)
- Systems modeling (SysML, Model-Based Systems Engineering - MBSE)
- Development methodologies: Waterfall (V-Model) and Agile
Standards & Best Practices
- Systems Engineering (ISO/IEC 15288)
- Requirements Engineering (INCOSE)
- Quality management (ISO 9001)
- Functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
- Industry standards such as EN 9100 (Aerospace), Railway, or Defense regulations, depending on the project
