T&S modernises payment Data Factory, exposing flow data and migrating from Oracle to GCP to optimise the group's payment strategy.
Within the client’s Data Factory and its payment flows team, T&S supports the monitoring of payment transactions and routing activities for a major financial institution serving other financial organisations.
The mission includes exposing business data, deploying new payment methods, and enabling inter-entity billing processes across the group.
T&S delivered an 'as-is' analysis and specification of dashboard evolutions, handled new business requests, created new dashboards, and migrated tables and cubes from Oracle to Google Cloud Platform. The team also managed Run activities: maintenance and bug resolution, ad-hoc and recurring data extractions, and post-production monitoring. Functional scope covered SEPA flows, instant payments, flow acquisition, remitter management, SWIFT and international flows, treasury management and T2/T2S.
Modernised, cloud-based Data Factory with new dashboards and a broadened data scope, supporting the payment department's strategy across subsidiaries and clients, plus stable Run operations and post-production monitoring.
The engagement highlights T&S's combined data-engineering and cloud-migration expertise in a complex, high-volume payments environment.
