How T&S helped a leading international banking group rebuild its internal credit-risk rating system for non-retail counterparties on a modern React stack.
The NOVA project aimed to develop a new application replacing existing rating systems used by a leading European banking group to assess non-retail counterparties, including SMEs, large enterprises, sovereign entities and institutional clients. The platform calculates an internal credit risk score representing each counterparty's probability of default.

T&S operated within an Agile (Scrum) team and contributed across the full delivery cycle: analysis of existing tools, user interviews and joint studies with a UX/UI designer, drafting of functional specifications, execution of validation tests, Level 2 (L2) production support and user training.
4 major releases deployed in production since 2019, with intermediate deliveries enabling continuous improvement of the tool through additional features and bug fixes.
