T&S delivered three turnkey automated production lines for an energy-industry manufacturer under a fixed-price, 14-month engagement - from process engineering to on-site SAT.
Energy-industry manufacturers are investing in advanced industrial automation to improve production capacity, reliability and efficiency. To support a major deployment program, T&S delivered a complete end-to-end automation solution covering process engineering, mechanical studies, automation development, assembly and on-site commissioning - the realisation of three automated production lines under a fixed-price engagement within 14 months.
The client, a major player in the energy industry, needed several automated production lines for high-volume manufacturing. The program required strong coordination across process engineering, mechanical design, electrical integration, automation and industrial realisation, plus a turnkey execution model reducing coordination complexity across suppliers and stakeholders, managed end to end from process definition to final site acceptance testing.
T&S delivered a comprehensive end-to-end industrial engineering approach from process definition to site acceptance testing. It began with process engineering and layout definition to structure production workflows, including material and supplier choices, time balancing and MTM analysis. Mechanical, electrical, automation and robotics studies followed - conveyors, lifting stations, electrical CAD, automation programming, kinematics, testing and collaborative-robot integration. T&S then managed realisation of the lines within its facilities (supply coordination, mounting, wiring, testing, debugging) before shipment, with final installation and site acceptance testing (SAT) performed at the customer site to validate operational readiness.
The engagement highlights T&S's expertise in delivering end-to-end industrial automation for complex energy-sector manufacturing, from integrated engineering through automation, robotics and on-site realisation.
