Strengthening academic partnerships and investing in future talent
Each year, Technology & Strategy has the opportunity to allocate its apprenticeship tax (“taxe d’apprentissage”) to selected universities and schools with which we maintain strong and long-term partnerships. This contribution goes beyond a regulatory obligation: it reflects our commitment to supporting higher education institutions, strengthening academic collaboration and actively contributing to the training of tomorrow’s talents.
What is the apprenticeship tax?
The apprenticeship tax is a mandatory contribution calculated on the basis of a company’s total payroll and allocated to higher education institutions. Each year, companies can decide which universities and schools will benefit from this tax, enabling them to support educational programs and teaching initiatives, contribute to the development of future professional skills, and strengthen long-term partnerships between academia and industry.
At Technology & Strategy, the selection of beneficiary institutions is led by our Campus team, taking into account existing and historical partnerships, business dynamics and recruitment needs, as well as alignment with our areas of expertise and growth.
Partner institutions supported by Technology & Strategy
We prioritize institutions with which we have built strong academic, professional or historical ties.

The apprenticeship tax: a concrete Talent commitment
Allocating the apprenticeship tax also means supporting partner institutions beyond existing collaborations. This contribution helps enhance training programs, support educational initiatives and strengthen the ecosystem in which future talents are shaped.
Through this approach, Technology & Strategy reaffirms its role as a responsible employer and a committed player in the education–industry ecosystem.
