Required Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risks
• Strong technical background with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
• Professional level of English is a plus

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical or industrial projects from start to finish.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze project requirements and define project objectives with stakeholders
• Contribute to technical specifications and solution design with engineering teams
• Plan project activities and manage schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and Systems engineers
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and project partners
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods and processes

Technical Environment

Depending on the project, you may work with:

• Methodologies: Waterfall (V-Model), Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
• Project management frameworks: PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2
• Project planning and control: Budget, schedule, quality, and risk management
• Tools: Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, Confluence
• Project documentation and reporting
