Organizational Transformation Manager/ Consultant
Required Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Program Management, or Organizational Change
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programs
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Professional level of English required
Your Responsibilities
As a Transformation Program Manager, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives from planning through execution and business adoption.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and governance models
- Assess business and organizational needs to support transformation initiatives
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership
- Plan and oversee program delivery, including timelines, budgets, risks, and performance
- Lead change management activities and support executive decision-making
- Facilitate steering committees and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methods, governance practices, and transformation capabilities
