Mechanical Engineer

Required Profile
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Mechanical Design or an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of CAD tools and mechanical sizing calculations
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Professional level of English is a plus
Your Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to design and develop mechanical systems and components.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications
- Design mechanical solutions while considering functional and manufacturing constraints
- Create 3D models, technical drawings, and perform mechanical sizing calculations
- Carry out mechanical studies and support product development
- Contribute to industrialization activities by defining production methods and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Participate in testing, validation, and production launch activities
- Ensure product quality and compliance with technical requirements
- Investigate non-conformities and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes
Technical Environment
Depending on the project, you may work with:
- Mechanical design using CAD tools (CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Creo)
- Mechanical sizing and structural analysis (Strength of Materials, Finite Element Analysis – FEA)
- Technical drawings and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T / ISO GPS)
- Materials and manufacturing processes
- Industrialization and production methods
- Mechanical testing and product validation
Standards & Best Practices
- Geometrical Product Specification (ISO GPS)
- Quality management (ISO 9001)
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Industry standards such as EN 9100 (Aerospace) and railway or energy regulations
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
